Lovewell Foundation recognises access to meaningful employment, quality health and safe housing as core human rights. They are key pillars to women achieving safety and wellbeing as women having the capacity to achieve financial security through sustained meaningful employment, supporting the ability to maintain safe housing and exercise informed choices in health care.
We work with women who are re-building their lives, counting on counsellors, social workers, local businesses and providing programs to reset, re-skill, and rehabilitate women as they establish a new life, reconnecting with broader community.

Lovewell Foundation was initially known as Hope Foundation, founded in 2007 with the intention to support women exiting the sex industry and women managing addictions.
In 2016 Hope Foundation opened the Lovewell Cafe, its own social enterprise offering training, employment and hope to women experiencing vulnerabilities.
In 2020 the cafe and the foundation went through a re-branding process, transitioning from a traditional into a contemporary women’s service. It respectfully acknowledges the historical foundations of Hope Foundation as a Christian organisation while maintaining a commitment to inclusivity of women from all faiths, cultures and diversities.
CHAIRSPERSON: Michael Oon
Michael is a Leadership Coach, drawing experience from 20 years of senior leadership roles in the food, pharmaceutical and chemicals industries across the Asia-Pacific region. Michael has a passion for adventure and for the last 6 years, he has been leading 4M Australia as CEO, where he takes men into the bush on life-changing adventures.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Annie Stonehouse
Annie trained as a Psychologist and has worked in the community sector specialising in family and domestic violence and child abuse for the past 35 years. She currently works as a consultant through her company Team Consulting, providing a range of services to the private and community sectors in the areas of counselling, mediation, women’s services, mental health, domestic violence, addiction, change management, training program design and delivery, employment readiness, lecturing, upskilling of workforces and business growth.
DIRECTOR: Tiffany English
Tiffany has a proven track record with more than 15 years’ experience in establishing, building and growing businesses. With a background spanning across all business facets, Tiffany holds a focus on operations and strategy, including leading and accelerating people, growth and profitability. Holding Executive Management Roles across a plethora of industries, Tiffany has a key eye for identifying waste, lost productivity and improving efficiencies.
